Audacity

This is not the first time I have had a go using Audacity. I used this digital tool in my first year of uni in The Arts. This tool is a free download where you can open source software to edit and record sounds. It is a simple, user friendly tool that would be great in the middle/upper years of primary school. This tool would be great for group presentations, creating films, slide shows, making an end of year movie or simply just for a H.p.e activity.
What are your ideas on Audacity? Have you used it? What are some ideas that you have for learners to engage with this tool?

I feel learners will gain technological skills engaging with Audacity and are shown how to extend their ability to create effective presentations and movies.
